I have to get a payout as Ukrainian refugee from Netherland municipality. Payout is wired me by every first day monthly. But there was no payment from the 1st of May. Could you please clarify?
Hi! I think it's better to contact the municipality from which you receive your payments, to ask if they transferred the money or not.
And ask to which IBAN they send it, to check there were no errors there.
