from my experience the updates from bunq front end are visible when a transaction is finalized with Birdee ... like the transfer is completed.
When that happens, I noticed that all the Easy Investment data got refreshed, graphs included.
I think the integration with Birdee is still a bit choppy and bunq is working to smooth the experience.
Since V20 was released there had not been any updates to bunq App, so I am expecting some improvement in the very near future.

Maybe some more users have different experiences and can update this discussion with their experiences.
The Easy Investment is still in Beta... that for sure is an indication that works are in progress to get to a final version not yet released.
