I'm also having major problems even logging in to bunq account today being on a business trip in Thailand currently.
It either states the internet connection is bad or that bunq support has been contacted and informed about the problem.
Then possibilities are to retry the logon or get help. Getting help is not possible because for that it wants me to login which is not working...
On logon screen where I can enter e-mail or tel.no. it additionally states my device might be compromised and Code 3.
But sometimes it suddenly works again.
This is and I'm sorry to say that very frustrating at best. Because I now have to doubt the reliability of bunq account I transferred some money back to my old bank account when I had the possibility to do so today.
Altogether I hereby kindly ask to provide emergency procedures not only in the forum (assuming you do have them there) but especially inside the app. bunq app should help me in this case by providing a tel.no. or any means so that I can quickly access my account and use it!
If I want to access the money in the account quickly I need a telephone support to transfer it otherwise or I must assume I can use this account only as "toy" account. Sorry.
As additional remark please let me state that I did not have any internet connection problems with any other app on my smartphone today. It's only bunq.
