Do you mean your entire bunq account? Or just one of your payment accounts?
If you open one of your accounts, you can tap the settings icon (top right corner) and close the account on this page (at the bottom).
Then on the bunq home page, you van tap "More" in the bottom right corner, and tap "New account" to open a new account.
All your accounts have their own IBAN.
