For your convenience, we inform you when it’s time to replace your card through an event in the app. Because of a bug, some users see an event to replace a card that was already cancelled or replaced some time ago, and it’s not possible to remove the event from the Home tab. In other cases the card needed to be replaced but after that the event would remain pending at the Home tab.
🔎 How can I check if I'm affected?
Log in to the app and see a pending event at the Home tab
Click on the event and it says “Replace your card”
Tap on “Replace your card” and follow the flow
At the end of the flow an error message says: “This card was replaced with another card before!”
The event remains pending and there’s no way to remove it
OR
Log in to the app and see a pending event at the Home tab
Click on the event and it says “Replace your card”
Tap on “Replace your card” and follow the flow
Card is replaced! 💳
The event remains pending and there’s no way to remove it
