How can I withdraw my invested money? It says deposition is in progress but I can’t cancel the deposition below 50 euro’s.

Jaron Hi 👋 Jaron,
I believe times for deposit and withdraw are quite extended as this feature is still in beta.

This is how I see it working… but have not done any withdrawals yet.

✅ first you deposit 💵 to Easy Investments account
✅ if the deposit is more than 10 euro (or >= 50 euro initially) then it is sent immediately to Birdee but the completion of the transfer currently takes around 5 working days 🤔
✅ once the deposit is completed then you can pull out money 💴 but I do not know yet for that how long it takes
✅ note that if you deposit to Easy Investments less than 10 euro, bunq will wait sending the amount to Birdee until 10 euro is reached with other deposits. In this case you can still cancel the deposit (slide on it to cancel) and that is immediate.

Being still beta the knowledge is still scarse… at least from my side 🙏

If you have issues to specific transactions, bunq support will help you for sure 👍

Jaron I would recommend to wait until the deposit is done and then to request the payout.

But keep in mind, this can take time at the moment. The feature is still in beta and the time birdee completes the investment and then sells the position again can take time. I would think at least 7-10 days.
