If you have sent funds to someone and they claim that the transfer is nowhere to be found, even though the expected time period has passed, please follow this simple process to start investigating: Go to Home > Select the sub-account from where you’ve sent the payment > Click on “Can’t find a payment? Find when it’ll arrive” > Select “Outgoing Payment” > Tap on the payment in question
