We’ve rolled out a new update to our app that includes small new improvements and features that make life easy.
iOS
What’s new 🙌
You can now extract card statements! Simply head to the Cards section, select your preferred card and tap on “More”.
We’ve improved a couple of flows when you’re looking for help, to make things easier. For example, if you open a ticket and select “I need a refund”, we’ll automatically direct you to the correct section within the app. That way, you can have your problems solved faster 🚀
What’s fixed 🔨
Some of you weren’t getting refill notifications, even though you opted to have them. That’s fixed.
Checking the Performance tab in your Easy Savings sub-account would sometimes make the app crash. All good now.

If there’s an issue you should know about (like a brief outage), we’ll let you know through a banner on the Home screen.
What’s fixed 🔨
Reopened sub-accounts weren’t always showing on the Home screen. Fixed ✨
Some users couldn’t select a plan while their verification was pending. Fixed now.
When adding info about your business, the app wasn’t resubmitting your application automatically. It does now.
