How long does it take for easy invest to update your account?

It looks like my balance is stationair for almost a week now, but when I look at the different bonds, they do change on a daily basis

I have reported the issue to bunq support.
Hopefully 🙏 it will be fixed soon.

I noticed the Easy Investment data for my account had been updated yesterday evening. I am not sure if there were some issues or it got updated because yesterday one of my payments to Birdee got finally executed (waiting time was 6 working days ).

Patrick For me it shows a wrong balance for over 3 weeks now, after all the hassle I went through. A plus of 367€ which I can’t do anything with, not even close the account. Don’t use this beta, I can only reiterate

GG Mine is updated as well yesterday, so maybe it updates only one a week

Looks like there was an issue with Birdee according to the answer from bunq support:

I'm contacting you with an update regarding your case you've reported here in this conversation.

It appears that our partner Birdee had some technical difficulties with their data since the 26th of May, however the issue is now being fixed and you should be able to see the missing info by the end of the day. If the matter isn't fixed by tomorrow, make sure to contact us back so that we can investigate further for you 🙌 “
