Savings Goal accounts also can accept payments without any problem, so maybe OP is asking something different? And indeed I don't think there's a way to open up a Savings Goal with just the Easy Bank plan, so if she's really on that plan, there has to be something else going on.
Laura Your best bet is probably contacting bunq Support directly about this. They are able to look into your account directly and see how you've set up things. With the current information you supplied us here on the forums, it'd be pure speculation to state anything.
