Hola comunidad! Quisiera saber si hay alguna forma de seguimiento del envío de mi tarjeta de plástico a mi domicilio. Es la segunda vez que la pido y tuve que pagarla, sin embargo aún no ha llegado. Donde puedo solicitar un seguimiento del envío?
Stefania Yanel After you ordered your card, you can see the estimated delivery time in the bunq app! It can take up to two weeks before your card is delivered.
Stefania Yanel The plastic cards are not available with tracking. Only the Metal Card is sent via tracked mail. Make sure your address is completely correct and be patient if you're not from The Netherlands, because the cards are being sent internationally in that case. Hope you get your shiny new card soon!
