When using the Paysafecash top-up method for the first time, bunq will create an account for you at Paysafe (or you can login into your existing account), which will then be linked to your bunq account. After that, you can create a barcode in the bunq app, which will get scanned at the store. You won't be using a Paysafecard or the Paysafecard app. They're really two separate payment methods that aren't interchangeable.
