Ik probeer mijn easy investments rekeningen te sluiten, het bedrag wat ik gestort heb blijft maar als ‘gereserveerd’ staan. Dit duurt al bijna een week, ik kan alleen de rekening niet sluiten zolang er geld op staat. Weet iemand of/hoe ik het bedrag op een andere rekening zetten zodat ik hem kan sluiten?

You would need to wait until your withdrawal has been completed. After that, you can close the account.

Jakob Ah alright, do you know if there is a minimum amount that needs to be put on the account? Considering it is now taking quite some time, I am not sure if it will be processed in general.

There's no minimum amount. But if you want to close it, you need to first withdraw everything.

The Easy Investments accounts are currently in Beta trial and the processes aren't optimized for speed yet. My experience is that it can take 1-2 weeks, but if you think something went wrong, feel free to contact bunq Private Support via in-app chat. You can get to it by following these steps:

Go to Profile
Tap on Settings in the right corner on top
Scroll to the bottom, tap on Need help? Get Support, then choose Personal Support
