Massimo bunq normally doesn't pre-announce any features. Sometimes, there's a short public or private beta period, like with the public beta of Easy Investments accounts right now, but in general, as soon as something is ready, they'll make it available to the users.
bunq stated before that they want to expand further in Europe and offer more country IBANs. But every country has its own regulations and hurdles to overcome. Currently there's no way to predict if and when Italian IBANs will become available.
