It all began some time ago when I discovered bunq and was so happy to finally have found a bank that cares about its users.
(I think it is important to mention that my old bank told me that the bank account is completely free even though I had to find out the hard way that there were some hidden costs.)
So there I was, signing up to bunq. Honestly, I have seldom seen an app which is that good in design, features, etc. But nonetheless, I experienced a bug which did not allow me to finish the signup process:
I had already submitted a scan of my passport which was denied but when submitting a new scan of the passport the old scan was shown to bunq instead of the new one, therefore they could not activate my account.
But here I am, about 5 weeks after the first time I experienced the bug I finally have my account set up! The bug is still only partly fixed but the bunq support staff told me the rest of the fix would come soon.
I would like to thank the whole bunq team but especially the bunq support & developer team!
