Tim In theory, all IBANs should be accepted everywhere. However, some companies only accept IBANs from certain countries (although this is not allowed). Therefore it's possible to open accounts with different IBANs. If you live in Germany, all new accounts you create have a DE IBAN. You can also open a different country IBAN if you go to Home > More > Add sub account > Local IBAN.
