What are the Easy Investments account fees?

We’re happy to announce to you that the Easy Investments feature got out of its BETA status 🎉

Note: Currently, the opening of a new Easy Investments account isn't possible. All existing Easy Investments accounts will continue to function as usual.

What is the Easy Investments fee?

The following fee will apply to each bunqer with an Easy Investments Bank Account:

Easy Bank Pro: 0.99% over the average amount invested annually
Easy Bank Pro XL: 0.99% over the average amount invested annually

Keep in mind that this fee will be billed on a monthly basis and will be partially a bunq service fee of 0.59%, and partially a Birdee asset management fee of 0.4%. The fee will be billed with your regular monthly invoice. For more information you can check our pricing document.

How do we calculate the monthly fee?

The 0.99% fee is a fixed annual rate;
The billing will be charged with your monthly invoice;
The monthly percentage will be 0.99% / 12 = 0.0825%;
The monthly percentage fee will be applied on the average value of your investments over a month

How do we calculate the average value of your investments?

By calculating all the deposits and withdrawals, as well as the value of your current deposits during the day, we determine the daily value of your portfolio;
By taking the daily value of your portfolio for each day of the month and dividing the sum by the number of days in the month, we get the monthly average value of your portfolio;
The value of your investments also depends on the market trends;

What would an example calculation look like?

If the monthly average value of your portfolio is €10,000, the fee you’ll get with your invoice will be €10,000 x 0.0825% monthly fee = €8.25
