📲 When this bug happens:
Usually, your bunq business accounts are visible in the Home tab, next to your personal account. When closing a business account, it should disappear from the app overview, so that you only have access to your personal account. Because of this bug, some business accounts remain visible even though they are closed.
🔎 How can I check if this is my case?
Following these steps to close your business account:
Go to Profile
Press on ⚙️ Settings
Choose ✴️ My plan
Select your business account
Tap on Close my account and follow the flow
A screen pops-up confirming that the account was closed
Go back to the Home tab and the business account is visible there
