bunq credit cards aren't accepted by some (car) rental companies, because the companies used their own special way of charging for their services. This doesn't comply with Mastercard’s and EU’s regulations. Unfortunately, there is nothing else you can do, other than pointing out that it is an official Mastercard and that they should allow it.
Otherwise you'll have to use a different creditcard.
