Mohamed Have you deactivated your card yourself? You can open your card from the Home page to check the settings of the cards using the buttons at the bottom.
Is your account balance above €0? Because when it's below €0, your cards get deactivated.
Thijs No its been deactivated because i did not have enough funds on my account

Mohamed Go to your card from the Home page and tap "Unfreeze" at the bottom.
