Local currency accounts are super helpful to make and receive payments in other currencies. Because of this bug, some users see the error message "Something went wrong on our side" when trying to make a payment.
🔎 How can I check if this is my case?
- Go to the Home tab
- Select the GBP or USD account
- Press on Pay
- Insert the amount
- Add the Recipient details
- Add description
- Press on "Send payment"
- An error message appears saying "Something went wrong on our side" and the payment isn't processed
