Marina I've never used Paysafecash, so I can't say much about it. I've noticed some people here on Together who had a similar problem, the money was not on their account in a few minutes but it took around a week.
Currently there indeed seem to be some issues between bunq and Paysafecash. There's no way to tell how long it'll take them to fix it, because we users don't know the cause of the issue and how hard it'll be to fix. So it's impossible to give an estimate time
From what I learned here on Together, Paysafecash isn't a great company, and you should try to avoid it if you can
