Does bunq really charge 0,11€ for each inbound transfer?

I just created a new business account. When I click „top up“ I am shown different payment options. Next to SEPA it writes 0,11€.

Does bunq really charge for EACH regular inbound transfer? They advertise „100% transparency and no hidden fees“. I feel cheated.

Sorry to hear you feel this way. To be honest, bunq is pretty transparent. So, nothing is really hidden.

Zoni Is this amount strange to you? In the Netherlands, all business accounts have a fee of ±€0,10 per transaction. So regarding this fee, bunq isn't different from other business accounts.

Well then there is no diffence between bunqs „transparency“ and what other banks offer.

Since receiving SEPA Transfers is a central part of any business I would expect bunq to shown that cost in the overview of all plans. 1000 monthly orders will cost 110€ Extra after all.

That should be 100% Transparency from an ethical point of view.

While you can claim 100% Transparency from a legal perspective, putting that info inside a 16page pdf does indeed feel like hiding.

Zoni Well, transparency is a two way street. bunq needs to provide the info, and (potential) users are wanting to know what they buy exactly.

Even on the page you mention, there is a clear link to the full price sheet:
