I had received a message for me to provide some personal information, or else my account would be frozen. The person who sent this fraudulent message has a really good system, being that the account had official bunq support details. I contacted bunq themselves to see if the message was legit, as I have never received a scam message and didn’t know that they could make it look so official and legit. After contacting Bunq they were able to provide me help and even investigate the scammer within 5 minutes! So props to the Bunq support team, I’m really thankful for the quick help and for everyone who receive these messages don’t fall for it!
