Daniël R Yes, indeed. If you want to change your card‘s PIN or see your balance, that is both something you can do by yourself in the app in a few seconds. You can‘t do it at an ATM and don‘t need to.
How to:
- Change card PIN: Choose a card, click on change PIN.
- See balance: Go to the Home tab and look at your sub-account's balance.
