Hi Koen, I just saw that post of yours. Still had the feeling though, this isn’t enough and a date parameter is required. Let me explain a scenario for the concepting-team:
Let’s say you have a collected recurring payments total of €478, of which €420 rent, € 20 media subscriptions and €38 phone bill. I’d set my my top up limit at €500. When the rent is deducted, it’ll ‘annoy’ me for the next 31 days to top up my account. Completely unncessary, since I don’t have to pay the rent for another 30 days / have the balance that high. Won’t het paid my salary anyway, so can’t even top-up (the case for many people on the globe).
If the top-up message could be, at least, delayed for 30 days, that would work in the mean time. But a periodical check, instead of only fixed at euro-balances, would help, as shown in my case above.
