📲 When this bug happens:
Your safety is always one of our top priorities. To make sure that you can always log in easily to your account, you can add your e-mail and/or phone number with a few taps in the app. After adding these in the app, we send a message to confirm it. After the confirmation, you can use the aliases to log in - but because of this bug, some users aren’t receiving the SMS to confirm their telephone number.
🔎 How can I check if this is my case?
You have a phone number from one of the countries in this list. Following the steps below to add your phone number seems to work, but you never receive any SMS from us to confirm your account:
Go to Profile
Tap on Settings in top right corner
Tap on Personal Information and select View Current Profile
Click on + Add phone number and insert the complete number including the country code
Select Done
You don’t receive any SMS to confirm your phone number or you see the error message: "SERVER PROBLEM, something went wrong at bunq's side."
