📲 When this bug happens:
To have the best banking experience, we offer at least one card included in your plan! The amount of free cards and replacements depends on your plan. In some cases, the app says that the card costs €9 when it should be for free. This bug is only visual, which means that you will not be charged if you proceed with the order.
🔎 How can I check if this is my case?
First of all, it’s important to check if you are entitled to a free card depending on the plan that you have:
🔐 Easy Savings Personal and Business: No card is included because the idea of this account is to help you save money.
🏦 Easy Bank Personal and Business: 1 card is included for free
💰 Easy Money Personal and Business: A combination of 3 cards is included for free + 1 free replacement per year
🍀 Easy Green Personal and Business: A combination of 3 cards is included for free + 1 free replacement per year
You didn’t order all your free cards yet, but you see the price of the card when following these steps:
Go to the Home tab and press on More(...)
Click on Add Card
Select the Maestro or Mastercard
Check the information on the card and press Next
On the screen you’ll see the card, your address and the price of the card: €9

Most of the time this fee is not charged so you can go ahead and order the card! If you’re charged by any chance please contact our support team to refund this charge.
