Hi, I withdraw 2 amounts from my Easy Investment Account on July 8th, its now July 20th and I haven 't received the money yet.
How long does it take, I think this is not acceptable.

Easy Investments withdrawals usually take between 6-7 business days. Since the feature is on Beta phase, little delays are expected sometimes.
After checking your account I see that they have already been processed. Could you double check this?
