Money has not arrived in 30 days!

Our transfer from Wise to USD account in bunq has not arrived in a month by now. When I ask privately I get the response that there’s a bug they’re trying to fix and giving me no time of estimated arrival. Just asking me to be patient! We’re running a business here, there’s no room for patience - especially not after 30 days! Please provide us with an alternative solution.

Ozlem Hey 👋 know that you’re posting to the community, so we have no tools to help you if you already contacted support about the missing payment. I could only tell you how to start a payment investigation, but obviously you already did that.

Hi Markus, yes I already have started an investigation twice. They sent this automatic message that they tracked the money but ask for my patience with no time estimate about when it can be paid. It has been 30 days! We are not talking about “goods not delivered” here, it is cash money which we run business on. So I’m really upset with your services right now as a customer. More than that, I’m concerned if I’m putting the money of our business in a safe, secure place. I wanted to share that with the community to hear if anyone has faced a similar issue.

Ozlem You're speaking of "your services", but Markus is just a bunq user like you and me, he doesn't work for bunq.

It's sad to hear that you have to wait for your money! What was the last time you contacted bunq support?

Bunq is an official bank with a banking license, your money is safe and secure.

Sometimes it happens that payments get stuck in the transaction process, then a bank has to manually find the transaction and accept it. But I don't know why it takes so long in your situation now.

Ozlem like Thijs Said I am not an employee of bunq. I thought my post made that clear. Otherwise I can only agree with Thijs, I can understand your frustration but we can’t help you. And just for an info, opening multiple support tickets doesn’t fasten the process, because your first ticket will be closed and you start the queue again. So just open a Ticket and leave it open until it’s processed.

Ozlem Hier in het zelfde schuitje, ben net klant bij Bunq, 2 betalingen wachten ik nu al 20 dagen en het enigste wat je terug gekoppeld krijgt, heb geduld, eventuele boekingen komen binnenkort binnen. Dit geld is werkgeld wat ook weer verder moet. Hiermee kunnen we niets.. je staat bij bunq gewoon met je rug tegen de muur, niets geeft uitzicht of je het uberhaupt nog krijgt. Kleine geldbedragen staan er binnen no time op. Grotere bedragen is aan hen wat er mee gebeurd! Schandalig! Voor mij geen bunq meer! Lijkt een zeer onbetrouwbare partner!
