Sanaa It’s important not to close your support ticket and don’t open multiple tickets! Just leave it open and the support will answer your request. Usually within 1-2 working days. Right now it seems the support has a bit longer waiting times than you would expect. Just be patient!

Sanaa Bei mir hat's auch länger gedauert als in der App stand . Ich habe dann eine neue bestellt und die kam Recht zügig an.
Allerdings kam ein paar Tage später dann doch noch die erstbestellte Karte an 🤣
