Judeska It may be possible that your card transaction was denied, because the card is not active. If this is the case, go to the Cards tile and tap Activate Card 🍀

Judeska Yes, you have one card. But a card can't hold any money. You have to add money to your account, so you can buy things with your card.

Judeska Those are cash withdrawals from an ATM. These aren't free at bunq, check the pricing sheet for more information. Sounds like you're using Easy Bank. The first five withdrawals every month are €0,99 each, thereafter €2,99 each.
