I use it since the beginning and there were some bugs I experienced. I couldn’t change for example my risk profile (fixed) and first it was hanging in a pending status after opening it (fixed). After that I didn’t really experience any bugs but in general the performance is a little rough. The graphs and statistics are not live, they are refreshed once a day or so. Transactions to the account take mostly 7 days for me until they are invested, which is okay, it’s a robo advisor so obviously not for live trading developed.
The robo in general can’t beat the market obviously but neither can I. In general every robo advisor should be looked as a long term investment as they are even with higher risk profiles all more or less conservative in their investments. You will never make 20-30% interest per year with them, but also not that much of losses. The actual performance is very okay if we look at the overall situation at the markets, with the high risk profile I got a performance of around -1,2% right now.
