Hi all, I just decided to switch to Bunq so I set up the Easy Money plan, which is marketed as having 3 physical cards included.
I ordered 2 physical cards without being charged any money.
I ordered a Maestro Debit card and a Mastercard Credit so far.
The ordering of the debit card went without any issue.
The credit card would first show the screen below, charging me 9 euro for the new xard. When I first created it as a digicard and then clicked the 'Order physical version' button it worked instantly, seemingly without being charged any money.
But now I want to order a second debit (3rd physical card) card but there seems to be no way around this. What could be the problem here? Could this be an effect of this being the first (free) month on the Easy Money plan? Any other suggestions?
