Lupu Hi! The date shown in the app is an estimate. It takes ±2 weeks for a card to arrive. Has it been 2 weeks since you ordered your card?
Lupu Wait until it arrives. The cards are sent via normal letter. The date is just a rough estimate, it can go faster or it can take longer.

Misschien heeft u het adres verkeerd in gevuld anders even een nieuwe kaart aanvragen ik heb hem al 2 keer binnen een week gehad
