you probably changed to which sub account the card is linked to.
Just tap on the card icon in the App and when the view opens, on the top centre you have a round dial with the icon of the sub account linked to the card. If you tap on it you get the list of all your sub account and can decide to link it to another one.
Another thing that might happen, if you set up the card for dual pin, you might have indicated a secondary sub account for the second pin and then flagged to use it anyway as a back up when on the first sub account there are no sufficient funds. That happens automatically once set up.
