Daniela Instant transfers can sometimes fail to execute properly. In this case, normally the money will be sent as a regular transfer (which takes 1-2 business days).
You should only need to contact anyone if even after a few business days, the money isn't received. If that is the case, then first it's good to check at the sender's bank if they were able to send the payment correctly. They can usually also provide a transaction ID. If no irregularities are found there, then contacting the receiving bank with the transaction ID from the previous step would be the next thing to do.
