I guess your parents have already the account verified and active?
Did they add the wrong email when sending you the invitation?
If so, they can send you another invitation, either to the correct email address or directly to your phone number. Make sure the email or phone number they send the invitation to is the same YOU used or will use to sign up for your bunq account.

Still not clear.
Your parents have an account. Is it there where they have the wrong email?
Then they need to send you the invitation.
Now, did you use a wrong email when registering for your own account or did you indicated the wrong email of your parents when submitting your account?

If the latter, I suggest you contact bunq support but try to be as clear as possible other way it will be very difficult to help you.

either yo start the verification from scratch.. but if you entered already an email and phone number I do not think it is possible to do it yourself so you would need to contact bunq support as indicated above.
