Hi i have read a lot of bad review on internet ... Lot of people complaining about bad support and just randomly locked accounts. My question is , is this bank really save? I really like the concept and the app.. But i don't know after so much negative reviews

I am not sure which reviews you are referring to. Anyone is entitled to own opinions.

I am very happy with bunq.
Bunq is a real bank with a license for banking released from the National Dutch Bank.

Support can be sluggish, sometimes. There are user which might complain as they can’t pick up the phone and are not used to read and or write as they were probably too used to call or go to the shop and meet the bankers.

The App and it’s feature I think is cutting edge.

My thoughts as user since more than 4 years with bunq being my only banking service supplier.

Leonardo Hey 👋 it’s best to make yourself an opinion by using bunq. Especially here on together there are a lot of users using bunq for several years without any issue and are very happy with bunq and it’s features, me including. If you compare reviews between banks you will see, there are always people complaining about blocked accounts and other things. Banks are entitled to follow laws and regulations and to their ToC. So it’s an easy thing, if you don’t like your bank, you can move on. But in every business relationship also the entrepreneur can choose their customers. And if the customer endangers the business model or violates the ToC, the company can also quit the business relationship. And these people are often a very loud and unfriendly group on trustpilot for example. Satisfied customers doesn’t tend to be that loud in their feelings and opinion. Hope this helps 😎

Yes, this bank is safe. Bunq has a banking license in the Netherlands, and has to adhere to all regulations as all other Dutch banks and is under the same supervision.

I've been a very happy bunq customer since 2018. Support has been great for me, and my account has never been blocked. Your account is only blocked after suspicious activities like depositing or withdrawing large amounts of cash, or transferring money to counties like South Sudan, Syria or Somalia (more info: https://www.transparency.org/en/cpi/2021)

I agree with you. There is a lot of offers available and with the virtual banking it became quite hard to distinguish Cleary which is a real bank you can trust as a normal traditional "mortar and bricks" bank and which is s pretending to be a bank with a polished front end but either backed from a traditional bank or purchasing bank services itself from someone else.

Bunq is a REAL fully fledged bank.. that is a given and is not a marketing hype: https://www.bunq.com/about-us
On top of it, bunq is a very well funded company, one of the top tier capitalised fin tech bank in Europe
And of course, if you try it out, you will notice the great interface... packed of innovative features and always improving.. yes, not all the features work at best immediately.
