Thijs Beta doesn’t mean it doesn’t work. Support’s duty is fixing the individual problems if we have to wait for a next release. This is a bank, not a game. I simply can’t get my money from my account and also can’t interfere with anything over there. Again, Beta doesn’t mean it doesn’t work. Nothing works in that account for me and nobody cares. I get the same response from support without an ETA or any time window to fix it. Then the ticket gets closed on me. I mean, what sort of support is that? If I’m told that I’ll get an update in X amount of time, I can understand that. It’s not the case. Again, developers should fix the bugs. But our problems can be fixed before that.
