Ohh.. ok.. I understand better now.
it happened to me in the past that I received an amount and it was not showing in the App but it was actually accounted, it was an issue with the App view of my account data.
Did you try to export the account statement.. if the amount had been accounted it will be for sure on the statement.
From the account, tap on the 3 dots icon, choose then Export Statement, select the range for dates to something like 2 days before the payment was done to today's date.
If you see the payment registered, then means all went fine and if you need to really see it fixed in the App you will need to contact bunq support.
If the payment is not on the statement, then definitely open a support request with bunq via the App.... I advise to provide all the details of the payment from ING (date, amount.. all the details) and they will be able to help you:

I am not aware of any outage or any issue so it must be a one off transaction.
