Guten tag, ich habe geld abgehoben bei der shell tankstelle ATM postbank .
Nun ist es so das die mir das geld nicht auszahlen konnten, es aber vom konto abgebucht wurde. Sie meinten es würde zurück gebucht werden stimmt das?

Dennis Hi! I assume you paid using a Mastercard? Then a reservation was placed on your card. If the Postbank doesn't release the reservation, the money will be released automatically by bunq after 30 days. Then you'll have the money back on your account.

I withdrew money as usual, and everything worked fine so far. after confirming the payout it was canceled but the money was was billed.

Dennis That's what I meant. The payout was cancelled, but the reservation was still placed on your card. If I'm not mistaken, you should be able to see that it's a reservation in your list of transactions.

Otherwise I would recommend to contact the bank of the ATM.

the payment was apparently canceled afterwards, but it is still booked from the account. where exactly does the reservation say?
