Bulk export receipts and invoices

Hi,

I’m trying to understand how to use the Bunq receipts and Invoices functionality. I’ve added PDF’s of the invoices to all the transactions but I’m unable to find a way to (bulk) export these files to send to my bookkeeper.

How can this be done?

I think the bottom option should include the attached PDFs.

Thank you for the links but they don’t help me in this situation.

Auto-export seems to only work on the 1st of the month exporting the previous months activity. I activated this option too late to get the statements for July and I cannot seem to find a way to manually trigger the export.

I do not want to use bookkeeping software, I just want a (pdf) statement with all the transactions and attached invoices and receipts.

I’m having a hard time understanding why Bunq offers a way to add invoices and receipts if there is no apparent way to easily export these. Am I seeing this wrong?

Ruben You can easily export a list of all the transactions as PDF, but I don't think the attachments can be added to that PDF file. You can easily add invoices and receipts so that you can see the invoice of a transaction when you're in the bunq app. But I don't think you can export them.
Not sure though, I don't use a bunq business account.

Jakob Hey Jacob,

Your post made me incredibly excited but unfortunately it only exports the receipts but not the attached PDFs 😔

So I still have no way of exporting the PDFs I added to dozens of transactions
