As it’s now no longer possible to log directly into a business account, the notification indicator for the account don’t clear.
They aren’t visible when logging into the account by way of the private account.
How to fix?
Mark "Notification indicator for the account"? Do you mean the red dot on the Home button in the bottom bar?
Mark If you have a notification that doesn’t go away, it might’ve gotten stuck somehow. Contact support and ask them to remove it. Normally it shouldn’t happen and you can see all events (for both your personal and business account) by looking at your Home tab.
