Arnold Hi! It's not possible to use the same card on two Apple Pay accounts, because cards are for personal use. You are only allowed cards that are yours, and your partner is only allowed to use cards that are hers. You can of course connect both your and her card to the same account. Then it's possible to connect both cards to your own Apple Wallet and pay from the same account.
