I have submitted my request for exemption from submitting a tax number as I am a student in France and actually I am from India. I have complied with their terms but still my account has been blocked. I shared my proof of enrollment to a school here but even though it was mentioned that it can work as a proof, they are not accepting it. Can anybody please tell me how to reach out to the concerned people. The customer support seems to non cooperative to help.
