Cheng If your Chinese bank is able to send a SWIFT transfer in a foreign currency, then it could work. Be advised that the Euro sub-accounts can only receive Euro transfers, the USD sub-accounts can only receive USD transfers etc. — at bunq you can open accounts in many different currencies so if you inquire with your Chinese bank what kind of currency for an international transfer they support, you might find a way there.
Cash deposit in The Netherlands can work via Paysafecash, however not every partner store seems to accept it without issues. An alternative is the GWK Travelex ATMs, they work well for deposits to bunq accounts but they have higher costs than Paysafecash deposits.
If you are close to the border or have some reason to visit Germany, then you can also deposit cash there with Viacash in many supermarkets and drug stores. That works well and I have used it myself :)
Or if you know someone you trust with a bank account that wants some cash, you could give them the cash and they send you a bank transfer of the amount to your account at bunq.
