Sometimes an Instant Payment couldn't be sent instantly. There can be many reasons for this, for example related to the complexity of banking systems because of the large number of banks. The payment will then be sent as a regular SEPA transfer, which takes 1-2 business days.
A reply from bunq support can take a few hours up to a few days. Please be patient, you'll receive a notification when you've received a response.
