Creating a scheduled payment is very easy at bunq! Follow these steps:

On the Home page, tap the orange "Pay" button in the bottom left corner
Enter the amount you want to transfer, choose from which sub-account you would like to pay, and tap "Choose recipient"
Choose a recent recipient or enter an IBAN
On this screen, tap "Pay: Immediately"
Now you can change the Date and the Frequency, and confirm with the check mark in the top right corner.
Tap the "Schedule" button, and now you're done!

Merci mais je ne veux pas qu'il soit instantanée pouvez vous me dire comment retirer l'option payer immédiatement svp

Petitjean If you click there, you can choose to send the payment at a later date. If you mean choosing between SEPA instant transfer and SEPA regular transfer, there is no choice at bunq. Everything is sent as instant transfer without extra charges.
