I went to the bank and they told me they need the "swift messages" of the transactions. What are these?
Özgür When did you do this transfer? SWIFT transactions can take a week.
I think the SWIFT message is the transaction ID, which you can get via bunq support.
Thijs I did it on the 16th of August. I already went to the bank with the transaction ID's but they told me to get "swift messages" and now i cannot contact the support chat also!

Thijs I get the message that only once in a month sos can be contacted
